Subscription Issues
For billing questions, refunds, or subscription management:
- Manage your subscription: Open iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ParsleyPDF Pro
- Request a refund: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Restore purchases: Open ParsleyPDF > Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases
- Switch between Monthly and Weekly: iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ParsleyPDF Pro. Upgrades from Weekly to Monthly take effect immediately with proration; downgrades from Monthly to Weekly take effect at your next renewal.
Apple handles all billing and refund processing. ParsleyPDF Team cannot access your payment details or process refunds directly.
