Subscription Issues
For billing questions, refunds, or subscription management:
- Manage your subscription: Open iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ParsleyPDF Pro
- Request a refund: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Restore purchases: Open ParsleyPDF > Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases
- Switch Plans: iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ParsleyPDF Pro. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at next renewal.
Note: Apple handles all billing and refund processing. The ParsleyPDF Team cannot access payment details or process refunds directly.
